I took some pictures last night while waiting for a client, who had booked a 9pm date, sadly he cancelled around 7pm ish....Luckily, I had required him to prepay when he booked,( he is a lyla member/review board, after all), so although I was inconvenienced and disappointed, I wasn't out the money and by chance, I had another client who was known to me, come and fill his spot. That doesn't happen very often. When a client cancels, especially last minute, it is always unlikely that time slot will be filled by another.....and the need for getting prepayment isn't just about being paid, at least for me. Seeing clients, is not just about the money. If I book someone, I prepare myself (mentally and physically), my room, and I move other things around to accommodate that time slot. I get excited to spend time with the clients I choose to see. So when our date gets cancelled, it not only disappoints me, it also challenges my trust in that person. I'm a low volume person and so when I book a client I do so carefully, and with purpose beyond just obtaining some spending money. I don't date conventionally, so my clients are not just a way to earn a little extra cash, they are also my entertainment, and fulfill any sexual/social needs I may have at that time. I am different to most in this biz, that way. Anyhow, I will hope to see this person again, although another prepayment would again be required to do so. Clients should understand, although I realize most won't, especially those review board guys, that what goes into preparing for a date, is more than me allowing you to come into my space. Especially now, time is valuable, and valuable beyond a monetary amount. Although we do put a price on it. So it boils down to this.....You show your respect for an escorts time by either showing up, or by paying in full when you don't, it's just that simple!!
