As some in that thread have stated, "no better a way to screen than to read a persons comments" and thank goodness I'm priced out the market that some of these "hobbyists" are willing to pay.Thankfully as some have stated, those of us over 40 have also aged out, or "expired"", lol. 

 It is my experience that those who start and support these threads are those who want to control and set prices and standards within our industry.Typical behavior of agency dwellers...... It is my opinion that many of these "guys" are also acting on behalf of agencies, they are basically advertising for them.They are agency suck ups! But what do I know....I mean I've only been around for a couple of years, wink ,wink, and another big wiink!! I've danced, worked for agencies, ran agencies, been an independent for nearly a decade......and have run a business outside of escorting. Worked in banking, retail, hospitality and realestate industries....so what do I know......lol!

A brief history....

When I first started working for agencies, I was so green, it's laughable now, when I think back. I was a young, naive, scared, but daring and inquisitive kid....At my first agency, we waited for our appts in a small, dirty room, in a house owned by the owner of the agency. It was an outcall agency, although they'd allow the occasional client to come in.(I only did outcalls) I was paid half of what was charged. I knew nothing of how this biz worked, it was all new to me and I did what I was told.  At that agency we had a driver, he was the brother of the owner, his fee was atop of what was charged, and did not affect mine. At that agency, you were sent to where they told you to go and you saw who they told you to see, and you saw as many as they told you to see. If you didn't comply, you were fired, or punished, by sitting without calls for a few nights.... After that experience, a few months, I moved back home and onto other things. Time passed and I came back to escorting. Then, I moved onto a different agency... it was a learning experience. There I learned alot about everything.... it was there I learned how to hustle, how coniving, cruel and dishonest some ladies were. This agency had girls coming in from all over Canada. They didn't have a driver, we used cabs. So if I was sent to an appt and the man didn't answer the door, I was out that fee.Sometimes that was 20$, sometimes 60$....That happened a lot, as they had a receptionist that liked to play games. She'd send her friends to good apppts and if she didn't like you, you'd go to fake appts, or bad ones. And bad could mean, non-existent, dangerous, or rough guys. The agency didn't care either. They also had a fine system. If you were late...( there we didn't do in calls but had to go to an apartment to sit and wait for appts) you paid a fine. If we messed up an appt, or missed one etc, we were fined. If we did anything wrong, a fine, and you payed it  or you were fired. If you were abused in any way we were told NOT to call the police, we had to deal with it ourselves.....and yes there were many times I had to "deal" with things. Once I was held up by a guy with a knife, another time I was threatened in an elevator, I could go on and on......The fines were anywhere from 100-250$....and again, you saw who you were sent to see and you saw as many as you were given. Refuse a call and you either paid for it or you had to have a pretty good excuse....Needless to say I wasn't long working at either agency...Did some other things for a few years, came back to escorting and working at another  agency To many negative things to say about that one and not enough time....then I became engaged to a man, which kept me out of the biz  again for few more years. After that experience, being engaged... lol, I once again came back to escorting, but didn't want to go back to an agency so  I opened my own service and I did that with the thinking that I wanted to make working conditions better for other ladies, better than what I had experienced  and too bring some class and honesty to the industry. I wanted to be more discerning with my clientele and with who I hired. Sometimes that worked, sometimes it didn't, some people are good at posturing.....and back then I wasn't terribly great at reading people. It was another lesson learned.

Looking back it is clear to see I was pimped, and pimped without knowing I was pimped...kind of sad really. The type of men I met when working at those agencies, were more often than not, rough, careless about their hygiene, expected to bang you for the entire session and would complain about the stupidest things. I didn't want anyone who worked with me to ever have to experience any of that....

In those days men found us thru the phone book and newspapers. Although it was frowned upon by agency owners, escorts would always upcharge (charge more ontop of the agency fee). It was a free market that way. Although all the agencies were 10-30$ in difference to one another, escorts upcharged what they felt they could get from each client. For example, then rates ranged from 120-150 hourly. The escort would get half of that. So for that they'd typically give a client a bj, or hand job and maybe a massage then ask another 100 or more for sex. Some girls would also ask for 20 to take off their bra, 20 for panties, etc, etc, and most guys didn't complain, as it was common practice then. And when I opened my agency, I supported this way of doing things. My hourly fee was higher than all the other agencies, and I did well. But to have raised it to the point where the ladies could be directly paid 150 -200 hrly, would have done me in, so upcharging was the only way to  give an escort a justifiable hourly fee and for me to survive with all the costs of running the service. The ladies I hired were told that the hourly fee covered time with the gentlemen, I wanted no knowledge of what or how they spent that time. I told them all I expected was for them to be available when they said they would be and to not give my clients their personal phone number. Which happened often. Cleints would call me to send them a beautiful young lady, then con the lady into getting her to see them on the side, and always they'd use the line. "why give half of your money away to the agency", yet when these guys would see a girl privately, they'd always want a deal....lol!! Honesty and fairness wasn't a commodity then, and still isn't ! So after a few years of the bullshit of clients backstabbing, girls backstabbing, so on and so on...I ventured into independence. and haven't looked back....well expect when I write blogs like this, lol!

In those days I had no knowledge of independent escorts, nor had I met any lady who had. Agencies were the thing. That was before the internet was popular. Then gfe services too were unheard of. Back in my service days kissing wasn't expected, nor common and you would be fired and blacklisted if you were known to give bbbj. Using protection for everything  then was the norm.....I think that is the only positive thing I can recant form my days of services. I don't understand how or why services still exist, or why anyone would want to work for one. Advertising is easy now, with the internet, risk is low, as far as being safe, and with social media it's easy to find peers and support. But to each their own....

So what is my point in my brief recanting of agency life?......well because those in the attached threadimo are typical of agency clients. Speaking from my experiences of working for, and from running agencies.Their advice isn't to be heeded, and their ways of thinking are like the phone books.....passe!

 Even tho my service days were decades ago, the attitudes and expectations of those who flock to an agency apparently haven't changed. It still appears that agency guys tend to be guys with higher than average expectations of who they expect to see, meaning typically it is those guys who are usually 50 +, considered unattractive by most standards, usually out of shape, with an average paying job, and who are careless about their hygiene and, who expect to pay next to nothing for a flawless goddess, usually younger than their daughters, to suck on their saggy balls, fuck and joyfully kiss them for the whole of the purchased time It is  also these types that will often complain the most about the smallest things, and who are what most independents try very hard to avoid.....and not because of their age/ looks/employment. It is because of the attitude they carry. Which is, that we are only as valuable as they deem us to be, that we should only charge a rate they deem fair, that we are just objects at their disposal and to use in any way they see fit, that we have an expiry date, and one in which they'll declare...all while justifying their right to patronize whomever and then they'll expect that whomever to gleefully except all of their flaws, because they are the paying customer, and the "customer is always right....this is the typical attitude of an agency client. They too are often the ones who'll write explicit, self gratifying reviews. Yes..... it it these types that **always** start threads about escort rates...... it is these types that independents TRY VERY HARD to avoid, ithey ARE why we screen....yes it is these types that make me taste vomit in my mouth.....it is these types that are most often found on review boards and to those who are the exceptions, thank you!!

One thing I've learned as an independent is there are "types" of clients. There are those who see us as a whole perosn, not a commodity, nor just parts. They expect time spent to be more than just a roll in the hay. Then you have those who just want a fresh new body to bang, and a low fee to go along with it. The former tends to seek out indies, the latter, agency girls... I'm glad I'm an independent now.
